Safety
Mainly equipment safety .The mainly Component of unliquefied waste gas is C1-C4 ,
it’s dangerous when burn directly . In our process,before it’s burn as fuel , it is transferred through two safety devices-the first is water seal and second is Safety device for gas nozzle

Pretreatment Waste tyre put into uninterrupted cracking reactor ,through catalytic heating distillate oil steam,
it’s via light and heavy Group separation device arrive to Condenser. while the ash automatically eliminate ,
liquefied part condensate as tyre oil ,unliquefied part trough combustion gas purification system input heating system.

1. We use auto welding machine to make the reactor, which can guarantee the quality of welding seam, avoid cracking and
has a long life for about 5 years.
2. Professional heating treatment and x-ray detection chamber for welding seam.
3. with professional thermometer, professional pressure gauge and safety valve.
